Shipping times vary depending on product availability and model. If your sauna or recovery unit is in stock, you can expect delivery in roughly 2-3 weeks. For pre-orders or high-demand items, the wait may extend to 8-24 weeks depending on production schedules and lead times. We recommend contacting us for the most accurate estimate for your selected unit.
You’ll find the detailed dimensions, interior sizes, exterior footprints and shipping specifications on each product’s page under a section like “Specifications” or “Technical Details”. Many models also include diagrams or drawings to help you plan your space. If you don’t see the info you need, you’re welcome to chat with us or call us and we’ll clarify.
We don’t currently provide full in-house installation services, but we design our units so setup is as straightforward as possible. Most customers either install themselves or engage a local contractor — and we support this with:
- Clear, step-by-step manuals included in every order
- Instructional assembly videos (ask us for links)
- Phone and email support during the setup process
We’re here to help make your installation smooth whether it’s at home, in a wellness studio or in a commercial setting.
Standard delivery typically includes curbside drop-off by appointment — meaning the carrier unloads the boxes at your driveway or property edge. For larger outdoor units or multi-crate shipments, delivery may involve flatbed trucks and forklift assistance, and we’ll coordinate this in advance. Important notes:
- Delivery is always scheduled so you know when to expect it
- If you are in a very remote area, extra shipping fees may apply
- For apartments or condos, you may be responsible for moving items from curbside to the unit
Electrical needs vary based on model, size and heater type. As a general guideline:
- Smaller infrared units (1-3 person) often use 120 V (15-20 A) or plug directly into a standard outlet
- Larger infrared or traditional electric units may require 240 V / 30-40 A hard-wired installation
- Outdoor barrel, cabin or large units may need 240 V / 40 A or more, depending on heater configuration
Each unit includes detailed wiring diagrams and specifications. Please ensure a licensed electrician handles the installation to meet your local code.
Both can be useful — it really depends on your goal:
- Before workout: A short 5-10 minute session can warm your muscles, improve circulation and increase mobility. Useful for light or stretching sessions, less ideal before high-intensity training.
- After workout: This is the most common use. Helps with muscle recovery, reduces soreness, flushes metabolic waste and promotes deep relaxation. Pause 10-20 minutes after finishing training to cool down and hydrate, then enter the sauna for optimal results.
Ultimately, listen to your body. Hydrate well and avoid overheating.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and carrier. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll look it up for you.

Currently we don’t have a nationwide showroom. However, we may offer showings by appointment in certain areas — feel free to contact us and we’ll check what’s possible. Even if you can’t visit in person, we provide:
