The Bristol Bay 4-person corner infrared cedar sauna has bench seating on each side to seat 4 people comfortably. A total of 10 advanced carbon-nano heaters will quickly get the sauna to your desired temperature up to 140 degrees.  The Bristol Bay includes movable ergonomic backrests for maximum comfort, chromotherapy mood lighting, a Bluetooth speaker system, an oxygen ionization system for purifying the air, and dual digital keypads for convenience. The Bristol Bay is easy to assemble, and the all-natural Canadian red cedar wood will enhance any decor.

Warranty

• SunRay Saunas carry a 7-Year / 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage:

• 7-Year Warranty – Covers the sauna structure, including the wooden cabin and all glass components.
• 1-Year Warranty – Covers all electrical parts, including heaters.

Warranty Claims:

• Complete and detach the warranty registration card.
• Send it along with a valid sales receipt to the Warranty Claims Department.
• Claims will be resolved by:
• Repair of the current product through parts replacement, or
• Shipment of a replacement product.
• If a return is required, the sauna must be returned with:
• Receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and dealer name.
• No claim will be honored without a valid receipt.

Exclusions:

• Improper use or incorrect installation.
• Damage caused by acts of nature.
• Use of indoor saunas outdoors (indoor models are for indoor use only).
• Use of lacquers, paints, or abrasive cleaners on the sauna.
• Placement on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor locations.
• Surface cracks (these are normal characteristics of natural wood and not considered defects).

Limitations:

• No other warranties, expressed or implied, are valid in place of this 7-Year Warranty.
• SunRay assumes no responsibility for present or future damage due to misuse.

Shipping

• Shipping Method: Saunas ship via freight to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
• Scheduling: The freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to arrange a day and time (Monday–Friday) with a 4-hour delivery window. They will not deliver without speaking to you first.
• Transit Times: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, transit issues, or carrier availability. Last-minute scheduling changes are managed by the carrier.
• Delivery Details:
• Saunas arrive in 1 or more boxes, depending on the model.
• Boxes are securely strapped to a pallet.
• Delivery is made by a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver.
• The driver will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only.
• For special delivery considerations (remote areas, long driveways, limited access, apartments, stairs, low trees, etc.), please notify us before shipping.
• Inspection:
• Inspect all boxes immediately upon delivery.
• Note any scratches, scuffs, or dents on the delivery receipt (no need to open boxes at this stage).
• Additional Placement: Freight companies may deliver to a carport or first-floor entryway if accessible. Be sure to check box dimensions to confirm they fit through your doorway.
• Assembly:
• Simple assembly takes 30–45 minutes, depending on the model.
• Step-by-step instructions are included with every sauna.
