We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (due to supply chain issues, steel mills being behind on making metal, manufacturers delayed because of the mills, overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers, and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of SaunaFit Recovery control.

This is one of the best spas I’ve owned. From the pop-up fountains and waterfall column to the LED lighting and Bluetooth audio, every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The jets are powerful but can be dialed back for gentler use. It’s a real centerpiece in our outdoor living area, and invites us to spend more time outside.

The Infinity 5-Person model is perfect for our family. The lounge seats let you stretch out, and the bucket seats are very supportive. I’m impressed with how steady the water stays warm, even during cooler nights. The filtration system and separate filtration pump help keep the water clean without a lot of fuss.

If you want features, this is the hot tub to get. Balanced hydrotherapy via many jets, a hydrozone ozonator for easier maintenance, and energy-efficient insulation that makes a difference. The spa feels luxurious and durable. Setup was smooth. We’ve used it daily since it arrived!

Very happy with the build quality and performance. The Infinity’s whisper-quiet heater keeps the temperature steady, and the 8 air bubble jets give a nice gentle massage effect. The LED mood lighting in the evenings is beautiful, and the cushioned neck pillows make long soaking sessions very comfortable. A premium spa indeed.

This spa is a powerhouse. Two powerful 2-HP jet pumps, ergonomic seating, and the separate filtration pump keep the water clean even between uses. I love how the 3-tier water column and pop-up water spouts offer relaxing waterfall effects. It’s a gorgeous tub with plenty of space for five people without feeling cramped.
