I was worried a 5-person spa might be noisy or inefficient, but the Social proved me wrong. Energy usage has stayed reasonable thanks to the foam insulation and quality cover. The 29 LED lights are a bonus for evening soaks, and the 51-jet version gives amazing hydrotherapy. It’s been great to use after workouts or just to unwind with family.

Excellent design. The seating layout encourages conversation, which is great for get-togethers. Even with five of us, the water stays warm and the jets maintain good pressure. The 5.5 kW Balboa heater handled a cold evening with ease. Setup was smooth and the included cover and steps are nice perks.

We use the Social hot tub almost every evening now. The legs & foot jets feel amazing especially after long hikes, and the two neck pillows are a subtle comfort upgrade. LED lighting at dusk is beautiful, and the Bluetooth system is loud enough but not overwhelming. It feels durable—polystyrene skirt, UV-resistant surfaces—everything seems built to last.

This hot tub is surprisingly quiet for how much it delivers. The whisper-quiet heater and insulated shell mean I don’t lose heat overnight, and the multi-speed pump gives me control over how strong the massage is. Sitting in one of the lounge seats, I get full body support. For anyone wanting comfort, space, and power, this is a solid option.

I needed something for my backyard that could handle five people without losing performance. The Social doesn’t disappoint. The jets are powerful but adjustable, the heater warms up fast, and the filter/ozone system keeps water clarity high. I especially like the cloud-gray interior—it hides splash marks well. Great purchase.
